The Role
- Develop and lead the enterprise-wide Business Continuity Management (BCM) program.
- Identify and assess risks to business operations, developing mitigation strategies and action plans.
- Design, implement, and maintain Business Continuity Plans (BCP) and Disaster Recovery Plans (DRP) aligned with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders across business units to ensure continuity strategies support critical processes and technology infrastructure.
- Conduct regular testing and simulations of business continuity and disaster recovery plans, identifying gaps and driving continuous improvement.
- Monitor emerging threats and ensure timely updates to continuity plans.
- Lead incident response efforts during major disruptions, acting as the continuity advisor to senior leadership.
- Provide training and awareness programs to embed a culture of resilience across the organization.

Who You Are
- Bachelor's degree in Electronic engnieering, Business, IT, Risk Management, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
- 5+ years of experience in Business Continuity, Disaster Recovery, or Risk Management roles, preferably in banking or financial services.
10+ Year leading multi skill IT infraestructure teams - Certifications required PMP also CBCP (Certified Business Continuity Professional), ISO 22301 Lead Implementer/Auditor, or similar are a plus.
- Strong leadership and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence and engage teams across departments.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities to design effective, practical resilience strategies.
- Experience with continuity planning tools and familiarity with IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, and cloud resilience.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage, influence, and reassure customers and stakeholders at all levels.
