The Role
Infrastructure Specialists at Kyndryl are project-based subject matter experts in all things infrastructure - good at providing analysis, documenting and diagramming work for hand-off, offering timely solutions, and generally "figuring it out." This is a hands-on role where your feel for the interaction between a system and its environment will be invaluable to every one of your clients.

The Responsibilities also Includes:
- Analyze requirements, solutions and estimates to complete installations, implementations and customization of DevOps practices using Ansible.
- Work with customer executives and IT Business & Technical Architects to develop and deploy in multiple integrated systems.
- Interacts with the client to define deliverables and discuss issues, questions and improvements.
- Oversee Deployment and development plan and control upgrades as appropriate.
- Implement DevOps practices for all IT software development projects.
- Facilitates development and deployment of system integration strategies that promote use of common tools and processes.
- Work with product supplier for enhancements and issues not resolved in-house.
- Draft data and information management products and service standards.
- Participates in technical review boards and provide technical support and consultation for the implementation and usage of Microsoft Products.

Required Technical and Professional Experience
- Minimum 8+ Years experience with SME level expertise in developing and deploying Ansible playbooks, Ansible Tower and Ansible Automation Platform administration.
- DevOps and CI/CD experience using Gitlab
- Knowledge of Application Life Cycle Management Tools like Jira, Git, TFS etc.
- Strong PowerShell and/or Python scripting skills.
- Network and Systems knowledge.
- AAP Event Driven design and Development (EDA).
- Experience with Rest APIs.
- Windows & AD Knowledge.
Preferred Technical and Professional Experience
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Must feel comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic and flexible environment.
- Exceptional judgment and decision-making abilities
- Familiar with a variety of IT concepts, practices, and procedures
- Knowledge of design techniques, tools, and principals involved in production of precision technical plans, blueprints, drawings, and models
- Logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions, or approaches to problems
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
