We are looking for a Senior Automation & DevOps Engineer to join our team and take our infrastructure management to the next level through automation. This role is critical in transforming our current manual deployment and administration processes into a fully automated, scalable, and efficient environment.

We are in the process of digital transformation to implement automation, self-healing, and self-service capabilities using scripting languages such as Python and Bash with DevOps tools integration as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, k8s, Docker. As a result, the role will increasingly involve architecting solutions, programming, automation tools, and other related knowledge.

What you'll be doing

  • Lead the automation of user provisioning, system updates, and deployments, replacing manual processes with efficient, scalable solutions.
  • Develop, deploy, and manage automation scripts for production environments.
  • Implement and maintain DevOps tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Ansible, SonarQube to streamline operations.
  • Ensure performance optimization, automation, and capacity planning.
  • Implement and manage Kubernetes and Docker for container orchestration and scalability.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve deployment pipelines, monitoring, and alerting systems.
  • Ensure compliance with SOX and other security standards.
  • Requirements:
  • Advanced Python programming skills, with strong experience in automation using Ansible or Terraform.
  • Deep understanding of DevOps principles and experience implementing CI/CD pipelines.
  • Expertise in Kubernetes and Docker - this is a mandatory requirement.
  • Experience in system administration, performance tuning, and infrastructure automation.
  • Previous experience in implementation and automation
  • Experience with monitoring and logging tools to improve observability.

What we'll expect from you

  • Advanced english - mandatory
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Advanced Python programming skills, with strong experience in automation using Ansible or Terraform.
  • Deep understanding of DevOps principles and experience implementing CI/CD pipelines.
  • Expertise in Kubernetes and Docker - this is a mandatory requirement.
  • Experience in system administration, performance tuning, and infrastructure automation
  • Previous experience in implementation and automation
  • Experience with monitoring and logging tools to improve observability

What will make a difference is if you have

  • Experience with other programming languages such as Java, React, Javascript
  • Experience in cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
  • Scripting experience with Bash, PowerShell, or similar.
  • Familiarity with compliance and security frameworks such as SOX.
