Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong, strategic relationships with key partners.
  • Identify and evaluate new partnership opportunities to drive business growth.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align strategies and objectives with partners.
  • Manage negotiations and formalize partnership agreements.
  • Monitor and report on the performance of partnerships, ensuring goals are met.
  • Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between Kyndryl and its partners.
  • Represent Kyndryl at industry events and networking activities to promote partnerships.

Who You Are

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 7 years of professional experience
  • Proven experience in alliance management or business development.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong understanding of the technology industry and market trends.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
