JOB DESCRIPTION
Responsible for assisting in the supervision and training of team members. Demonstrate the company's core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion and safety.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Work with our vendor partner MetLife on a variety of items with the goal of coding and paying associates quickly and accurately.
- Test enhancements related to the programming within applications that are used in the leave process.
- Create and enhance existing processes and procedures related to the leave of absence process.
- Monitor weekly leave of absence process, including checking audit reports.
- Train new team members as well as on-going training in the department.
- Provide feedback to manager on performance reviews of team members.
- Must be able to perform the essential functions of this position with or without reasonable accommodation.

QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum
- Highly motivated with a strong customer service focus
- Self-motivated and able to perform job responsibilities with a minimum of supervision
- Demonstrates leadership capabilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs
- Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
- Strong analytical skills
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to organize and prioritize a variety of tasks and delegate to team members as needed
- Must be detail oriented with a high degree of accuracy
- Ability to work long hours when necessary
- Must be able to physically access all files, which entails (among other things) regular lifting of heavy boxes in which files are stored
Desired
- Associate degree in a business/technical related field of study
- Human Resource exposure
- Previous front line supervisory experience
