Overview
Konica Minolta currently has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Branch Service Manager!
Responsibilities
• Responsible for ensuring technically proficient, cost effective and responsive service and preparation of copiers and printers located within assigned territory which may encompass multiple Konica Minolta locations.
• Ensure generation of revenue and profit consistent with assigned financial plan, objectives, guidelines and pricing policies.
• Review timeliness, accuracy and completeness of technician's invoices and car expense reports.
• Ensure appropriate staffing to support customer base.
• Ensure adequate inventories of supplies and machine parts.

• Manage, train and develop Branch Service Managers on your team within assigned territory and area of responsibility.
• Manage, train, develop and coach team technicians for upward mobility and maximum productivity.
Qualifications
• Experience with service management business software (SAP and Business Warehouse experience would be a plus)
• Successful track record as a Branch Service Manager or Field Service Manager; with a 5-year minimum of management experience
• Outstanding organizational and leadership abilities along with excellent customer relation skills
• Possess a strong knowledge of computers, computer networking, operating software and printing software
• Knowledge of and experience with document flow and document management software programs
