Overview
The Learning and Development team is looking for a Learning Program Leader- Salesforce to join the team on a full time basis.
Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver sales learning material, performance support, and ongoing skill optimization for Salesforce
- Working closely with our instructional design and enablement team members, creation of required job aids, templates, and reference materials supporting platform activation and boosting sales rep performance
- Ongoing collaboration with sales leadership, IT, and learning stakeholders to develop a calendar of regular updates and catalogue management for all Salesforce training and enablement resources
- Monitor and evaluate targeted sales rep training activity and results, providing feedback to reps and managers as needed to improve learning effectiveness

Qualifications
What we are looking for
- Deep experience using and demonstrating the value of Salesforce.
- Demonstrated sales and sales management expertise.
- Excellent verbal, written, communication, and presentation skills.
- Demonstrated expertise in content creation, delivery, and engagement (i.e., virtual learning, video, video conferencing, polling and quiz tools, and learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Articulate Rise, Captivate, Camtasia, etc.).
- Demonstrated understanding of modern organizational learning and performance research findings and principles.
- Leadership and creativity in recommending, developing, and delivering learning aligned with revenue goals and initiatives.
- Highly proficient with the M365 suite of tools, including Microsoft Teams and SharePoint.
- Excellent planning and time management skills.
- Ability and willingness to quickly learn new technology in an evolving industry.
- Ability to interface and work comfortably and effectively with all levels of management.
- Commitment to continuous Learning: Stay up-to-date on the latest training and development trends, technologies, and best practices. Continuously learn and develop new skills to improve program design and delivery.
- Positive attitude. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
Occasional Travel required (less than 25%)
- Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education, professional certifications and experience
- 4 - 8 years of direct sales training and facilitation experience (sales/leadership) that includes sales, technology, or similar support
