Job Description
POSITION TITLE: Associate Project Manager
REPORTS TO: Lead Project Manager

- Assist Project Managers in day-to-day activities.
- Correspond with customers
- Coordinate meetings with internal departments on project statuses, production, purchasing
- Send out drawing packages for customer approval
- Compile internal costs for materials and labor, vendor supplied products and services,
- Create reports reflecting profit margins and forecasted sales
- Support any special projects as directed by management
- Other duties as assigned by supervisor
- Train with Project Managers to maintain delivery schedule of the project, project financials, contract language and customer specifications
- Career path to a Project Manager in 2-3 years
Qualifications
EDUCATION: Post-secondary education preferred. Previous project/engineering assistant work is a plus.
EXPERIENCE: Previous project assistant and crane or manufacturing terminology knowledge
OTHER
REQUIREMENTS: Strong communication, ability to work independently, Microsoft Office and Project
SALARY RANGE: $55,000-65,000 with an additional up to 20% incentive
