About the Role

As Senior Manager of Pricing Analytics, you will lead and oversee Kohl's pricing analysis. You will effectively manage a team, drive data-driven decision-making and align analytics initiatives with Kohl's business goals.

What You'll Do

• Oversee all pricing analytics activities, including partnering with stakeholders toward the development and implementation of analytics-based pricing strategies
  
• Utilize predictive modeling, experimentation, statistical analysis and data visualization techniques to understand price elasticities and optimize pricing decisions
  
• Implement and promote a test-and-learn approach to pricing strategies, experimenting with different methodologies to identify the most effective solutions

• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Statistics, Data Science, Business or a related field
  
• 7+ years of analytics experience
  
• Strong leadership skills with a track record of managing and developing teams
  
• Excellent project management abilities with a focus on delivering quality results
  
• Exceptional strategic thinking and decision-making skills, with the ability to align analytics with business goals
  
• Proven ability to manage stakeholder relationships and communicate effectively with senior leadership
  
• Strong business acumen with deep knowledge of the retail industry.
  
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  
• Expertise in data analysis tools and software (e.g., SQL, Python, R, Tableau, Power BI)
  

• Master's degree
  
• Prior experience in pricing analytics
