Opportunity

In this game-changing role, the Sr Program Manager, Talent is an experienced HR project management professional who is responsible for leading a wide variety of Talent & HR Transformation initiatives across the Enterprise. This position will partner closely with the Talent & Culture, Talent Acquisition, Early Careers, HR Transformation & Digital Experience teams to execute enterprise-wide projects for overall HR Transformation. This role will interact with senior HR management and Exec HR Leadership team.

Specific Responsibilities

  • Project Manager for strategic talent management initiatives ensuring actions are implemented and embedded across the global organization with respect to:
  • Global Career Framework
  • Global standardization project work for Talent Acquisition
  • Data & Analytics overhaul
  • Develop and manage project plans, including timelines, milestones, and deliverables
  • Collaborate with HR leaders, IT teams, and other key stakeholders to gather requirements and align project objectives.
  • Communicate project updates, status reports, and changes to stakeholders and senior management.
  • Facilitate workshops, meetings, and presentations to drive project goals and gather feedback.
  • Develop and execute change management plans to support the successful implementation of HR transformation initiatives.

Skills/Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Management, or related field with 7 or more years of project management experience.
  • Proven experience as a Project Manager in HR transformation or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of HR practices, processes, and systems.
  • Excellent project management skills with a track record of delivering complex projects successfully in a matrixed organization.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
  • Experience with Workday is a plus.

The salary range for this position is $129,150 - $165,000. The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate’s experience, their education, and the work location.  Available benefits include medical, dental, vision & 401k.
