What a typical day looks like:
- Establishes and ensures effective achievement of functional strategic plans and objectives for the site. Involve P&L review and support management to drive tasking for related functions.
- Customers interface/management include regular communication/meetings, satisfaction management (CSMP/Viewpoint) & escalation management
- Take lead on CFT, drive Delivery & COS related issue, able to makes decisions for functions or do next level escalation, work as a bridge among BDM/GAM, customer and Ops internal
- Forecast/demand management, include coordinate on MPS loading & LvC discussion/Approval
- Sales revenue management (review, commit & drive for delivery)
- MSA/Contract/SOW engagement with GAM/BDM
- Quotation management (include QMS submit, QvA analysis)
- Liability management (include E&O, EOL/LTB, CMT, AR, ECO/ECN's)
- Capex/ePRJ application & capacity review
- Engagement in NPI (Cost validate, investment review, Exit Review from PVT, MP transition, ect.)
- CTB Review and make decision on level of escalation
- 10 years+ industrial experience especially for Power related business
- Outstanding English communication skills (listening, speaking, writing and reading)
- PMP or Other Program Management certificate is preferred
- Demonstrates detailed expertise in very complex functional or broad breadth of knowledge in operations, supply chain and finance, understands the strategic impact of the function across sites.
- Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and take fast decisions, reduce liabilities and solve problems.
- Familiar with all kinds of system handling such as CMT, QMS, BP Code/customer code, Baan (SO/RSO), etc.
