To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add a Senior Program Manager located in Dongguan.

Reporting to the Director, Program Management, the Senior Program Manager's role involves...

What a typical day looks like:
  • Establishes and ensures effective achievement of functional strategic plans and objectives for the site. Involve P&L review and support management to drive tasking for related functions.
  • Customers interface/management include regular communication/meetings, satisfaction management (CSMP/Viewpoint) & escalation management
  • Take lead on CFT, drive Delivery & COS related issue, able to makes decisions for functions or do next level escalation, work as a bridge among BDM/GAM, customer and Ops internal
  • Forecast/demand management, include coordinate on MPS loading & LvC discussion/Approval
  • Sales revenue management (review, commit & drive for delivery)
  • MSA/Contract/SOW engagement with GAM/BDM
  • Quotation management (include QMS submit, QvA analysis)
  • Liability management (include E&O, EOL/LTB, CMT, AR, ECO/ECN's)
  • Capex/ePRJ application & capacity review
  • Engagement in NPI (Cost validate, investment review, Exit Review from PVT, MP transition, ect.)
  • CTB Review and make decision on level of escalation
The experience we're looking to add to our team:
  • 10 years+ industrial experience especially for Power related business
  • Outstanding English communication skills (listening, speaking, writing and reading)
  • PMP or Other Program Management certificate is preferred
  • Demonstrates detailed expertise in very complex functional or broad breadth of knowledge in operations, supply chain and finance, understands the strategic impact of the function across sites.
  • Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and take fast decisions, reduce liabilities and solve problems.
  • Familiar with all kinds of system handling such as CMT, QMS, BP Code/customer code, Baan (SO/RSO), etc.
