In pursuit of those goals, we require an IT professional for a unique and highly influential global position. As a critical leadership role in the KBNA business, the IT Business Solutions Manager BSM – KBNA Supply Chain will report to the Director IT, Supply Chain & Ops, will partner with business stakeholders and IT resources to drive capabilities enable/supported by technology for this business. The role partners directly with the Director - Supply Chain, KBNA, his staff and the IT organization to create and align a technology strategy and dynamic roadmap. The role is responsible for defining and leading directly and indirectly resources to translate strategy to capabilities and their enabling technologies. Moreover, this role requires business and IT advocacy during the execution of the roadmap.
Specific Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be a passionate leader, strategic thinker, a business advocate, a change agent and able to build credibility and influence at all levels of the organization. The ability to rapidly understand the opportunities at the North America Business, thinking from a capability and end-to-end perspective, create an aligned and inspiring vision and roadmap and then lead an organization to realize that vision is critical to success. This role will drive programs of strategic and critical importance and will bring with it significant senior level visibility and career opportunities for the successful candidate.
The incumbent will create and align a market-relevant technology strategy and a dynamic implementation roadmap that is appropriately synchronized with global strategies, and best leverages a hybrid global/local delivery model. Given the focus of this position the candidate requires an in-depth knowledge of IT best practices and technology solutions. Advanced experience in leading IT and being the Business Relations manager for large, global businesses is required along with demonstrated experience on value delivery, critical thinking, stakeholder management, negotiation & influencing, design thinking, business acumen and domain knowledge. This role requires the ability to facilitate and carry out design thinking workshops to promote diverse thinking, innovation and alignment on strategic initiatives and business priorities that result in actionable plans with defined execution goals.

Skills/Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business or related field required. Masters / MBA desirable.
- 10+ years’ related experience. Experience in the manufacturing business a plus.
- Demonstrated track record of partnering with business stakeholders and handling multiple complex transformation projects.
- Experience with leading and working in large teams.
- Experience in multiple aspects of technology: analysis, project management, systems development, change management, business process improvement, etc.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for varied audiences on business and technology related subject matter – storytelling and making the complex simple.
- Strong general management skills.
- This position will require travel to locations with US, Canada, & Mexico.
The salary range for this position is $129,150 - $165,000. The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate’s experience, their education, and the work location. Available benefits include medical, dental, vision & 401k.
