As Program Expansion Specialist for Champions Great Outdoors Camp, you'll support sales, partnership development, performance tracking, and market analysis. The position involves handling client leads, building relationships with schools and community centers, negotiating agreements, and ensuring new camp locations meet quality standards. Additionally, the role requires tracking key performance metrics, conducting market research, and adapting strategies to drive business growth.

Requirements:

  • Manage and nurture prospective client leads through the sales process.
  • Develop partnerships with schools, municipalities, and private organizations to secure camp locations.
  • Negotiate agreements and align partnerships with business goals.
  • Coordinate with partners to ensure locations meet quality, operational, and brand standards.
  • Track and report performance metrics, including lead conversion rates and revenue impact.
  • Conduct market research to identify expansion opportunities and refine strategies.
  • Analyze demographics, competitive landscape, and community needs, to inform strategies; adjusting based on data, feedback, and unforeseen obstacles.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree strongly preferred.
  • Prior experience in business development and client relationship management preferably in education, summer camps, or child enrichment.
  • Able to exceed sales quotas and drive revenue growth.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience in phone-based sales and outreach preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook, and CRM platforms (HubSpot, Outreach, or Salesforce).
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and goal-oriented with a collaborative attitude.
  • Passion for education, summer camps, and business development.
