We have an exciting opportunity for a Coordinator to join our Center Operations team and support our premier brand, Creme de la Creme. This team's key function is to develop and implement the framework for the adoption of our strategic initiatives and enterprise-wide projects impacting the field, as well as measure and drive the adoption. The Center Ops Coordinator will contribute to small-to-large-sized projects with specific focus on maintaining, building, and improving analytical and reporting capabilities within Center Operations Adoption and the projects we support. This person will work cross-functionally with many teams across the organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop repeatable processes for consistent metric results, problem-solving, and data-driven feedback, such as surveys and the building of metrics of success
  • Build and maintain metric-based dashboards and reporting to provide insight on adoption measurements
  • Develop communication and roll-out plans.
  • Translate data and key findings to advise useful insights
  • Provide administrative support to project management and compilation

Qualifications:

  • 3-4 years of Center Director leadership experience in ECE, with an ability to leverage that expertise and insight to drive field-based outcomes
  • Experience using Smartsheets/Google Sheets/Excel to build dashboards preferred.
  • Strong ability to analyze business operations, solve problems, and conduct comprehensive investigations
  • Ability to distill research and data to articulate a clear summary of findings
  • Well-organized and meticulous, with the ability to balance multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong sense of curiosity and comfortable expressing your idea
