Job Overview:

Director, Finance- Coffee BU

Keurig Dr. Pepper is seeking a strategic and results-driven Finance Leader to provide financial leadership to the $4B Coffee Business Unit. In this role, the candidate will collaborate with the VP, Finance – US Coffee, Coffee BU Leaders and lead a team to achieve top-line and operating income growth plans by providing strategic financial leadership while achieving strategic goals and financial plans. The ideal candidate is a collaborative, result-oriented leader with extensive financial planning experience within the Consumer Goods industry.

What you will do:

  • Lead the development of the financial plans and forecast for KDP’s US Coffee business
  • Partner with Revenue Growth Management on customer plans and activation
  • Evaluate new partnerships and prepare partner pro-forma P&Ls to inform negotiations of partner terms & conditions of new business models
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team

Position Responsibilities:

  • Partner with the VP, Finance-US Coffee, Coffee Leadership, and KDP cross-functional leaders to drive growth and profitability for our Coffee Business Unit through increased Keurig household penetration and pod growth in the market
  • Present financial plans and participate in business reviews, partner and customer meetings, and special project steering committees
  • Support preparation of bi-weekly/ quarterly financial business reviews and other reporting for the senior leadership team
  • Build and lead a team a team of 4 with all aspects of weekly/monthly forecast activities
  • Identify opportunities to elevate existing processes & tools to support long-term, sustainable growth
  • Provide analytical guidance to identify and solve problems within the functional areas of the department
  • Foster an inclusive and supportive work environment for all team members

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field; MBA is preferred
  • 8+ years of experience in finance or related field
  • Experience working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment; consumer products preferred
  • High level of intellectual curiosity, ability to dive deep, find solutions and deliver results
  • Proven leadership skills with experience managing a team
  • Strong analytical modeling, organization, and problem-solving skills
  • Executive presence, excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written), with the ability to clearly communicate and present to senior management
  • Strong cross-functional business partnership, working as a trusted thought partner in supporting key business decisions
  • Strong track record of process implementation and transformation with a continuous improvement mindset
