Position Overview

The Inventory Control Seasonal DC Associate provides ‘WOW' customer service to all our customers by receiving and processing inbound cartons, picking and shipping beautifully wrapped product accurately and efficiently, and maintaining accurate inventory within the Distribution Center for a high-volume environment. Reporting to the Inventory Control Lead, the Seasonal DC Associate's main priority is to ensure that the physical inventory always remains accurate. The Seasonal DC Associate's will participate in regular cycle counts and verify the success of inventory transfers. AVAILABLE SHIFT TIMES: 7AM-3:30PM OR 3PM-9:30PM.

Responsibilities:

  • Execute physical product transfers between channels
  • Able to facilitate critical thinking while looking for product discrepancies
  • Review and report on inventory adjustments, changes, and variances
  • Aiding in the efficiency of the fulfillment team by administering replenishments
  • Perform daily cycle counts
  • Provide regular progress updates to the Department Lead
  • Shift priorities as business dictates following guidance of leadership, often on short notice
  • Create and maintain a positive and collaborative work environment
  • Strive for consistent achievement of performance expectations, including established departmental KPI's
  • Ensure a safe and clean working environment

Our Ideal Candidate will have:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Distribution or retail experience preferred
  • Positive attitude that is contagious to others
  • Basic math, reading, writing skills in English and/or Spanish
  • Ability to quickly learn and use new technology, such as warehouse management systems (WMS) and handheld operating systems, to efficiently track and manage inventory.
  • Capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexible availability for scheduling based on business needs
  • Physically capable of lifting and moving heavy items, up 60 lbs on a regular basis.
  • Able to safely use ladders or step stools to access items stored at various heights.
  • HE certification or ability to be licensed
  • Comfortable standing and walking for extended periods during shifts (up to 10 hours)
  • Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus, but not required
