Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced E-commerce Product Manager to oversee the development, optimization, and scaling of our digital products. The ideal candidate will have a robust understanding of e-commerce platforms, user experience (UX) design, and data-driven decision-making. This role requires a proactive individual who can lead cross-functional teams, drive product vision, and ensure seamless execution from concept to launch.

Key Responsibilities:
Product Strategy & Vision:
  • Define and communicate the product vision and strategy for e-commerce initiatives.
  • Align product goals with the company's overall objectives and market opportunities.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and customer needs.
Product Development & Management:
  • Manage the entire product lifecycle from ideation to launch, including post-launch optimization.
  • Develop detailed product requirements, specifications, and roadmaps.
  • Collaborate with engineering, design and marketing to ensure successful product delivery.
Customer Focus & User Experience:
  • Advocating for the customer by ensuring the user experience is at the forefront of all product decisions.
  • Utilize customer feedback, analytics, and usability studies to inform product enhancements.
  • Implement A/B testing and other methodologies to validate product hypotheses and improvements.
Data-Driven Decision Making:
  • Analyze product performance metrics to guide strategy and prioritization.
  • Create detailed reports and presentations to communicate product performance and insights to stakeholders.
  • Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success.
Project Management & Execution:
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.
  • Utilize agile methodologies to manage product development processes.
  • Ensure clear communication and alignment across all teams involved in product development.
Stakeholder Management:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for product-related inquiries.
  • Present product updates, roadmaps, and results to senior leadership and stakeholders.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners, vendors, and customers.

Qualifications:
  • Experience:
    • 3-5 years of experience in product management, with a focus on e-commerce or digital products.
    • Proven track record of successfully managing and launching products in a fast-paced environment.
  • Skills:
    • Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, web technologies, and online retail trends.
    • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make data-driven decisions.
    • Proficiency in product management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello, Asana) and agile methodologies.
    • Superior communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and senior management.
  • Education:
    • Degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field preferred.
    • Advanced degree (MBA, MSc) is a plus.
