Position Overview

We have an exciting opportunity to support the rapid growth of our business at the Home Office in Austin, TX! Reporting to our Sr Director of Paid & Owned Marketing, our Digital Project Specialist will support key marketing channels of email, SMS, and paid media. This role combines the need for a customer centric and data-driven mindset.

Responsibilities:
Marketing Channel Support

  • Support Loyalty Program communication journeys & marketing creative across channels.
  • Assist in weekly and monthly reporting on email and SMS and drive optimization opportunities based on findings.
  • Create a comprehensive weekly email review deck for leadership review. Proactively address questions within the deck and facilitate communication between the team and leadership.
  • Assist the CRM Lead in briefing, setting up, and testing email campaigns. Provide support in troubleshooting and resolving any issues that may arise during the email campaign process.
  • Collaborate with the CRM Lead in the strategic planning of the messaging calendar, aligning with each month's messaging brief and promotional activities.
  • Manage paid promotional creative development timelines, ensuring deliverable are on schedule for each campaign.
  • Coordinate the trafficking paid media assets, ensuring they are delivered to the appropriateexternalpartnerson time.

Project Management
  • Oversee and manage paid & owned tickets in Basecamp, ensuring all tasks are accurately documented. Monitor due dates to ensure timely completion of campaigns, including review, set up, and scheduling.
  • Ensure the messaging calendar is up to date to include necessary brand, product, promotional and segmented messages to drive business in email and SMS.
  • Lead execution of promotions across paid & owned channels, ensuring accuracy and ideal customer experience across channels. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with overall marketing strategies.
  • Work closely with the creative team to articulate promotional campaign requirements for paid assets.
  • Review and approve promotional assets to ensure they meet brand guidelines and campaign objectives, working closely with cross-functional teams to make any necessary adjustments needed.

Our Ideal Candidate Will Have:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 2-4 years' experience in brand or agency role.
  • A proven ability to execute with consistent delivery and reprioritize based on evolving business needs.
  • Have experience working in a fast-paced environment, consumer marketing preferred.
  • Have exceptional attention to detail & organizational skills
  • A strong ability to build cross functional partnerships, work collaboratively and react swiftly to changes.
  • A growth mindset: desire to learn, grow and embrace new ideas.
  • Previous experience working with an ESP preferred.
