Job Summary
This role is a critical one within the Global Sales Operations team where you will be the point person for received partner deal registrations. You will work closely with the Channel Sales and Account Executives to evaluate Channel Registrations, ensuring they adhere to the guidelines for acceptance. You will work to develop relationship with the Channel Partners to support their deal registration request.
The position is also responsible for auditing deal registration for compliance and to ensure correct accounting in SFDC effecting both reporting and compensation. You will also have the opportunity for performing ad hoc analysis and monthly reporting on Channel Sales metrics.
Responsibilities
Sales and Partner Management
- Ability to manage relationships with channel partners
- Efficiently handles standard cases submitted by sales ops or sales reps
CRM and Deal Registration Tools Proficiency
- Familiarity with CRM platforms like Salesforce, HubSpot, or Microsoft Dynamics
- Knowledge of deal registration portals and processes (e.g., Partner Relationship Management tools)
- Ability to track, manage, and report on deal pipelines effectively.
Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills
- Ability to analyze deal data, identify trends, and resolve conflicts (e.g., duplicate deal registrations)
- Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in deal documentation and compliance with policies
Communication and Collaboration
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to liaise with internal teams (sales, legal, finance) and external partners
- Ability to explain complex deal registration processes and policies to partners clearly
Qualifications
- 1+ year/s in Sales Support Operations, Channel Management, or Deal Registration
- Salesforce CRM Experience
- Amenability on Hybrid Set-up (2x a week Onsite Requirement)
- Office Location: Glas Tower, Ortigas Center, Pasig City
- Amenability on 5PM -7PM Shift Start Time Schedule
