Exciting opportunity to join our established filed sales team in Workplace Solutions.
As a Sales Solutions Architect within Workplace Solutions you will play a pivotal role supporting our sales team where you will have the opportunity to contribute to process improvement initiatives and identify requirements for enhancements to existing systems.
Job Responsibilities:
- Offer support and technical assistance to ensure relevant sales targets are hit
- Maintain excellent knowledge of business applications
- Evaluate and offer technical support for complex bids
- Collaborate with the RFP team to ensure all bids and responses are responded to accurately, in a timely manner and to a high standard
- Work closely with the Sales Support team to ensure relevant sales targets are achieved
- Maintain up to date knowledge of the competition and industry trends
- Act as a primary point of contact between Sales and Product functions to ensure the product is kept up to date with market trends and new requirements
- Liaise with Marketing to ensure all sales material is produced to a professional standard

Required Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills :
- Experience in Share Plan or similar industry
- Excellent communication skills
- Proven numeric, financial analysis, documentation and procedural skills required
- Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Excel and Word
- Demonstrate the ability to get on board with new technologies quickly and with ease
- Demonstrate commercial acumen with an ability to be innovative & pro-active
- Ability to prioritise and adhere to tight deadlines
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills :
- Third level degree in Business/Finance or equivalent experience preferred
