Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our Nashville operations center. As a BDR, you will play a critical role in our B2B sales process by spearheading outreach to public companies within your geographic territory. Your primary responsibility will be to introduce our equity compensation management platform and schedule meetings with decision makers, our local Field Sales Representative, and yourself.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Conduct proactive outreach to public companies to generate interest in our equity compensation management platform.
  • Schedule and attend virtual meetings with potential clients alongside the Field Sales Representative.
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of our platform and its benefits to effectively communicate with top executives.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for engaging potential clients.
  • Maintain accurate records of all interactions and meetings within our CRM system.
  • Leverage networking tools such as LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, and Sales Navigator.
  • Develop synergistic relationships with JP Morgan bankers, advisors, and team members.
  • Book 4 qualified meetings per month via outreach including, phone, networking, and electronic communications. Leads will be provided.

Required Qualifications, Capabilites and Skills:

  • 2 years experience in a sales or business development environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to engage with top executives.
  • Creative thinker with strong analytical skills.
  • Competitive drive and a results-oriented mindset.
  • Strong financial acumen is helpful but not required.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • College degree.
