We are looking for an experienced technical data analyst to join this dynamic and ambitious team.
As a Data Analyst on the Workforce Planning team, you will work collaboratively with your team to use data wrangling skills and creativity. Together, we will build and maintain a model that accurately anticipates the hiring activity required to meet our organization's workforce requirements. In this role, you will have the opportunity to tackle complex business problems and convert them into data solutions. Whether you're analyzing a complex data set, building a dashboard, or ideating on the underlying business problem, your contribution will be valued and impactful.
Job Responsibilities
- Create dashboards, reports, and workflows that answer key questions about technology talent and workforce strategy
- Be resourceful and creative in finding and analyzing data
- Be the expert on internal people-related data and find data-driven solutions to stakeholders' problems
- Communicate to non-technical partners about actionable insights and analytical methods
- Automate tasks and add efficiencies to traditional data processes
- Collaborate with multiple teams and navigate unstructured, ambiguous environments
- Drive end-to-end projects independently while managing stakeholder expectations
- Guide your peers and partners in developing their data fluency and analytical skills

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
- 5+ years of professional experience as an analyst in a business intelligence role
- Demonstrated success working across the analytics project lifecycle, including analytics solution design, data extraction and transformation, descriptive data analysis, and data visualization
- Advanced understanding of data analysis and visualization tools (Excel, Tableau, Alteryx, and Python)
- Confident, precise verbal and written communication with non/technical colleagues and senior stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field
- Experience with people analytics projects
- Experience with statistics and data science techniques
