Job Summary:
As a Project Manager in Risk Operations Strategy, you will play a crucial role in both day-to-day operations and strategic initiatives. You will work closely with the strategy lead and senior leadership to optimize efficiency and effectiveness within Risk Operations. Collaborate across various functions, including Transformation, Risk, Compliance, Audit, and Finance, to ensure seamless execution of strategic objectives.
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead change initiatives and support the execution of significant organizational projects.
- Develop, scope, and implement internal initiatives aligned with the strategic plan of the business unit.
- Support the execution of business unit strategies, focusing on process efficiency and operational improvements.
- Oversee project progress, quality, and issue resolution, ensuring proper oversight and timely action.
- Manage partnerships with stakeholders across the business unit and key partners such as legal, compliance, audit, and risk groups.
- Assist in financial planning activities, including headcount forecasting and reconciliation.
- Coordinate organizational messaging, including reports, presentations, and business partner updates.
- Support the management and leadership of a team focused on executing strategic initiatives in Risk Operations.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
- Minimum of 5 years of project management experience, preferably in a leadership support role.
- Strong understanding of credit lifecycle and familiarity with internal credit/operation applications such as iCRD, CLASS/CAMP, and iSPRESO.
- Bachelor's Degree.
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Strong team orientation and leadership skills, with the ability to build strong client relationships and influence stakeholders.
- Proficient in operations and risk concepts, with the ability to interpret decisions and identify potential issues.
- Ability to review documentation and provide executive summaries and analyses for senior audiences.
- Experience in preparing monthly KPI/metric reports and standardizing reporting processes.
- Proficient with Microsoft Project, PowerPoint, and Excel.
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
- Experience in a financial services environment.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance in risk operations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.
- Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2).
