As a Loan Servicing Manager within the Structured Loan and Agency Servicing team, you will be primarily responsible for providing operational support for syndicated credit structures agented by JPMorgan or bilateral loans extended to a borrower solely by JPMorgan. This role involves direct interaction with borrowers, lenders, and business partners, as you perform various facets of loan servicing.
Job Responsibilities
- Lead a production team responsible for supporting ongoing Loan Servicing functions (borrowings, payments, cash management and reconciliation, loan administrative queries, client documentation review etc.)
- Build and cultivate strong business relationships with key stakeholders across the firm, operate as an ambassador for Loan & Agency and Wholesale Lending Services (WLS)
- Support various lines of business across the Commercial Bank, Corporate & Investment Bank, and Asset & Wealth Management
- Act as an escalation contact for both client and syndicate members (bank and non-bank lenders)
- Maintain strong oversight of the risk & control environment; represent WLS in various firm-wide risk forums, audit cycles, and operational risk deep-dives
- Identify and drive implementation of technology initiatives and operational process changes to meet the requirement of the wholesale lending businesses and clients
- Partner with the Operational Excellence team to drive meaningful and strategic change such as process improvements, product governance and client experience enhancements

Required Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills:
- 3 years syndicated loan product experience
- Exceptional communication skills
- Strong client-service focus
- Results driven; ability to drive execution; methodical approach to identifying and solving issues
- Fosters a collaborative team environment within and across functional organizations
- Strong presentation skills to senior management forums, executive committees & control groups
- Excellent organizational and influencing skills to drive and implement change across teams & regions
- Experience developing high-performing teams through continuous training and dynamic coaching
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
- Undergraduate degree
- LoanIQ Experience
- Acute awareness of operational risks occurring throughout the lending lifecycle
- Aptitude to ensure timely group delivery and execution of all daily controls/adherence to KPI targets
- Proven track record in thinking strategically to influence complex business decisions globally
