Job Summary:
As a Syndicated Loans Execution Coordinator in the Loan Transaction Team, you will support Transaction Coordinators in managing complex syndicated and bilateral loans for the Global Investment Bank and Trade Finance Lines of Business. You will collaborate closely with origination businesses, ensuring all necessary information is reviewed for operational feasibility and optimal execution. You will partner with various internal and external parties, including Deal Teams, Credit Risk, Legal, KYC, Loan and Agency Services, as well as Lender and JPM clients.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Extract critical deal information from credit agreements and record in the Firm's systems of record.
  • Engage with Deal Team, Deal Services, and KYC Teams for all aspects of Lender, Borrower, Guarantor, and Agent KYC, monitoring through to completion ahead of signing/funding.
  • Maintain accurate process and procedure documentation, ensuring timely review and upload.
  • Establish, interpret, and report relevant metrics to the WLS Management Team and external stakeholders.
  • Partner across Legal, Business, and Operations departments to resolve problems and recommend process enhancements.
  • Build and maintain relationships across WLS teams.
  • Understand and prioritize relevant technology enhancements.
  • Lead or participate in projects and act as a subject matter expert in working groups to enhance process efficiency.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

  • Experience in loan operations/transaction management, especially in the origination space, with knowledge of loan products and syndicated loan business.
  • Proven ability to review legal loan documentation to identify critical operational, KYC, and other relevant deal-related information.
  • Understanding of Corporate KYC requirements.
  • Strong skills in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, with the ability to manipulate, interpret, and present data effectively.
  • Ability to manage and coordinate complex workflows across multiple teams, communicate effectively, and complete assignments accurately within designated time frames.
  • Proven track record of leading initiatives, achieving milestones, and succeeding in a team environment.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with team members and senior management across and within lines of business, with keen attention to detail.
