Join Chase's New Payment Rails (NPR) team as a VP of Product Management, where you'll drive the end-to-end management of ACH products. Leverage your expertise to enhance and modernize payment solutions that customers love and trust.

As a VP of Product Management in the NPR team, you will lead the strategy and execution of ACH products, focusing on high-risk applications to mitigate fraud and risk. Your role will be pivotal in optimizing ACH delivery, ensuring compliance, and driving product innovation across various payment rails.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Establish a new product function and steering committee for ACH across consumer use cases.
  • Serve as the go-to product owner for ACH communications across user journeys.
  • Manage Rules Program and Compliance with NACHA Rules, driving organizational changes.
  • Design and implement new processes to address operational gaps and enhance efficiency.
  • Direct ACH product roadmap and performance reporting, improving cross-functional coordination.
  • Lead change management across functional partners, ensuring compliance with risk and regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain visibility over product timelines, monitor blockers, and liaise with stakeholders.
  • Manage relationships with stakeholders, including risk, compliance, and operations teams.
  • Engage with partners to manage industry changes impacting the product roadmap.
  • Coach and mentor the ACH team on best practices for resource and dependency management.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in delivering products, projects, or technology applications.
  • Experience in operational management and change readiness.
  • Advanced knowledge of product development life cycle, technical design, and data analytics.
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
  • Flexibility to adapt to evolving priorities and proactively identify improvement opportunities.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to present recommendations clearly.
  • Self-starter with strong problem-solving skills and prioritization abilities.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills across business and technology partners.

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

  • Experience with payment systems and networks.
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meet deadlines, and perform at high standards.
  • Ability to independently manage multiple dependencies and drive escalations.
