About This Position:
Chase is seeking a highly effective and innovative Area Product Owner that will be responsible for driving strategic Pricing initiatives and defining and delivering the next generation of innovative, disruptive capabilities and products to meet the evolving borrowing needs of our customers. The ideal candidate will use their experience in product development and strong track record of execution to define and deliver exciting new pricing capabilities and services to our customers. This position sits within the Marketing, Growth and Innovation organization of Card Services, a key business within Chase's Consumer & Community Banking group.
Responsibilities:
This person will lead the end-to-end management and product delivery across the full product lifecycle including research, ideation, prototype, test, build, launch, and measurement in partnership with users, stakeholders, Design, Data, and Technology. This person will own the area product vision, goals, and objectives, as well as define requirements and prioritize delivery in order to maximize business value. Additionally, they embody true "customer-obsession" by identifying and leveraging user data, industry trends, and varying forms of user and stakeholder feedback to shape our design and roadmap.

Qualifications:
- 7+ years of applicable business experience with demonstrated expertise in Product Development in Agile / Scrum team environments within Financial Services or Technology firms
- Experience defining and leading a roadmap across a large, diverse, global organization
- A track record of defining and executing new products and solutions to support customer needs and address new business opportunities; success working with technology, data, digital, and servicing partners on new products and capabilities
- Expertise in agile processes and principles; experience with modern technology stacks, including cloud, big data, microservices, APIs, etc. preferred
- Ability to articulate complex issues in a concise, simple and relevant manner to all levels of the business
