Job Responsibilities
- Manage and support business-focused reporting and dashboards using advanced visualization tools
- Design and develop ETL workflows and datasets for BI reporting
- Prepare technical specifications and documentation for data workflows
- Drive innovation with stakeholders to enhance dashboards with new data sources
- Query and merge data from diverse sources to create comprehensive datasets
- Analyze data using tools like Tableau, SQL, and AWS to develop automated reports
- Collaborate with teams to present data insights and recommendations clearly
- Support the development of the HR Workforce analytics platform and train new users
- Identify and maximize data opportunities within the organization
- Stay informed on HR trends and recommend new technologies
- Support technology evaluation and proof of concept projects
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
- 8 years of experience in data management and analytics projects, preferably in HR analytics or financial services
- 5 years of experience in data visualization with tools like Tableau or QuickSight
- Experience with visualization design tools such as Figma or InVision
- Proficiency in Alteryx Designer and Server
- Experience with SQL and relational databases for data analysis
- Knowledge of big-data and AWS technologies
- Ability to interpret unstructured data and draw objective inferences
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Self-starter with a results-driven mindset
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
- Experience with Qlik or Visier
- Familiarity with statistical analysis and AI/ML concepts
- Experience in reporting development and testing
- Ability to think beyond raw data and understand business context
- Strong quantitative skills and business acumen
- Experience in project management and stakeholder engagement
- Familiarity with cloud computing approaches
