As a Vice President-Strategic Program Manager in the Firmwide CDO, you will lead initiatives that deliver new and enhanced products, solutions, and processes aligned with our data strategy. You will coordinate strategic projects from initiation to completion, working closely with Product and Technology teams to ensure successful execution. Your role is critical in advancing our data management practices and supporting our AI and analytics journey.

Job Responsibilities:
- Lead strategic change initiatives in collaboration with Product, Technology, and business functions.
- Gather and prioritize requirements from stakeholders across the firm.
- Partner with Product and Technology to design solutions and define the product roadmap.
- Support the development of business cases for strategic programs to secure funding.
- Provide governance and oversight of strategic programs, ensuring stakeholder engagement and alignment.
- Identify and escalate potential roadblocks or emerging risks.
- Establish and drive PMO capabilities for large programs, ensuring effective governance and reporting.
- Develop and implement standardized project management processes and tools.
- Maintain comprehensive program reporting and communicate progress to senior executives.
- Coach team members and contribute to the group's objectives.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
- 5 years of industry experience.
- Experience in driving strategic or transformational change in a large organization.
- Ability to manage tight delivery timelines and multiple deliverables under pressure.
- Proven experience in establishing PMO capabilities for large programs.
- Expertise in project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project, and other project management tools.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong leadership and influencing skills.
- Proactive self-starter with problem-solving abilities.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related area.
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
- Experience with data management, big data platforms, or data architecture.
- MBA or advanced degree from a top-tier program.
