As a Vice President, Product Owner within Chase Media Solution, you will be instrumental in designing and developing the next generation of our offers/ad platform. This role offers the opportunity to provide value to our customers beyond the core financial product features. You will be responsible for shaping product strategy, developing market-leading product innovations, and understanding the current and future needs of the advertising market. Your role will also involve translating these needs into feature requirements and managing effectively within a matrixed organization.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Combine vision, creativity, and deep domain expertise to transform digital advertising with ground-breaking product innovation.
  • Build, integrate, and enhance the offers platform roadmap and prioritization.
  • Lead discovery on new concepts, including determining and refining business value, customer value, and tech feasibility for batch platform.
  • Create and champion new ideas and use cases, intaking feedback from internal stakeholders, user research, and analyzing the competitive landscape.
  • Create epics and user stories in JIRA backlog, as well as identify and engage cross-impacted teams to prioritize work.
  • Refine and prioritize stories, as well as drive sprint planning and execution (along with other scrum cadences and events) for technology development teams.
  • Monitor development of product (escalating issues and removing blockers) and pre-production testing, as well as conduct demos.
  • Establish plan for roll-out / release of new features and functionality.
  • Define, measure, and report on product analytics, performance, and success.
  • Build and manage relationships across several stakeholders, including our team (product-design-technology), digital products, all other lines of business.
  • Work with operations and servicing partners to align roadmaps.

Required Qualifications, capabilities and skills:

  • 5+ years of experience in product development, technology, or consulting with exposure to rigorous and large-scale program and product management.
  • Experience in Agile approach to development and delivery.
  • Experience working with system architecture, data frameworks, batch processing, and event-driven/restful APIs.
  • Understanding of the advertising ecosystem, including technical capabilities and data management required for the digital advertising business, and an informed point of view on the industry's direction and needs.
  • Ability to identify and address program execution needs in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to partner directly with technology scrum teams to translate product requirements and user stories into technology sizing estimates and requirements.
  • Understands modern Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Business Intelligence platforms and capabilities including how to leverage multiple back-end technologies to deliver a cohesive, comprehensive, and dynamic User Interface.
  • Solid organizational and project management skills, including strong follow-through skills and the ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects, deadlines, and workstreams.
  • Experience developing roadmaps and immersive experiences to drive customer engagement and acquisition; must be user experience-obsessed.
  • Great at balancing strategic & creative thinking and tangible execution.

Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills:

  • Digital advertising experience, target marketing preferred.
  • Previous exposure to agile practices and ability to adapt agile tools is a plus.
