As a Product Manager in Consumer & Community Banking - Customer Acquisitions Platforms, you are an integral part of the team that innovates new product offerings and leads the end-to-end product life cycle. As a core leader, you are responsible for acting as the voice of the customer and developing profitable products that provide customer value. Utilizing your deep understanding of how to get a product off the ground, you guide the launch of products, gather crucial feedback, and improve top-tier client experiences. With a good commitment to scalability, resiliency, and stability, you collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products that exceed customer expectations.

Job responsibilities
- Develops a product strategy and product vision that delivers value to customers
- Manages discovery efforts and market research to uncover customer solutions and integrate them into the product roadmap
- Owns, maintains, and develops a product backlog that enables development to support the overall strategic roadmap and value proposition
- Builds the framework and tracks the product's key success metrics such as cost, feature and functionality, risk posture, and reliability
- Crafts the product roadmap for core features and components, driving features from discovery through launch.
- Manages key relationships, collaborating with engineering, architecture, and diverse product teams to understand needs and drive results.
- Communicates effectively, sharing strategy, roadmap, progress, and insights with partners and stakeholders.
- Serves as a knowledge center, connecting curiosity and knowledge about digital product experiences to teams for change.
- Solves technical and customer problems, defining issues and understanding technologies to drive plans for the future within the ecosystem.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area
- Advanced knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics
- Demonstrate ability to lead product life cycle activities including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value management.
- 5+ years of expertise in managing technical platforms and data-focused capabilities, and a good understanding of technologies like APIs, Microservices, Cassandra, Kafka, AWS, etc.
- Exhibits a customer-obsessed mindset, flexible of building and maintaining good relationships with engineers and technical partners and translating customer needs into clear product delivery or technical requirements.
- Acts as a good team player and leader, inspiring action and performance, and building credibility across the enterprise.
- Translates disparate insights and data sources into clear, measurable, scalable features and deliverables.
- Demonstrates ability to drive change through influence and collaboration across a matrix organization in a dynamic environment, with good partnership, consulting, and influence skills.
- Possesses excellent written and presentation skills.
- Has experience working in an Agile environment and with Agile project methodologies and tools, including JIRA, with the ability to navigate JIRA, create issues, and utilize advanced capabilities like dashboards and complex queries using JQL.
- Holds a minimum BA/BS degree or relevant experience.

- Demonstrated prior experience working in a highly matrixed, complex organization
- Possesses experience working with globally located teams, showing a high degree of initiative and autonomy while functioning as part of a team, both in person and virtually.
- Holds experience in testing frameworks and new ideas across industries related to banking or financial services.
- Exhibits flexibility and adaptability, able to quickly change direction based on stakeholder or management input, while remaining organized and demonstrating good time management.
- Possesses knowledge of Consumer, Lending, and Investment Banking Business and products, considered a plus.
