Affluent Card Product is looking for an innovative product delivery manager to drive digital and physical product delivery across Airport Lounges, Events & Experiences, Partnerships, and Physical Materials (Credit Card & Kit) for the Chase Sapphire Brand.

As a VP Product Delivery Manager on the Affluent Card Team, you will work across high-profile product releases that exemplify the core offerings of the Chase Sapphire Product line. This is a key-role on the team, you can confidently look across multiple product initiatives and lead the end-to-end delivery process to get us to launch. You thrive on product requirements, opportunities to find efficiencies, getting commitments to dependencies, and enjoy connecting the key roles across multiple teams that will bring a product vision together

Job responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end product delivery process. Work with the Executive and VP teams to establish product requirements, product roadmap, establish teams, and kick-off initiatives.
  • Manage timelines and product development schedules, identifying key milestones and critical delivery elements.
  • Create and share weekly and concise delivery updates, maintain current product status across multiple product lines and product tracking systems.
  • Understand the Chase product ecosystem and have fluency in the Chase app and Chase web experience
  • Lead weekly status meetings that align our product teams with what needs to be done to hit delivery
  • Work in a fast-paced environment that provides the best affluent card experience for our customers.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in director level digital or physical product delivery across multiple lines of product and lines of business
  • Strong understanding of product delivery, and proof of managing successful product launches and delivery initiatives on high profile and critical product launches.
  • Fluency in Agile, specifically running and managing JIRA and/or JIRA Align initiatives
  • Excellent written communication and strong interpersonal skills
  • High understanding of iOS apps and Mobile product intricacies (U/X, Data Structures, Design)
  • Familiarity with real-life extensions of digital products (events, physical packaging, ticketing, mobile QR code and access) a plus.
  • Experience working with external vendors and 3rd party teams to deliver critical elements that tie into an overall product feature set.
  • Strong team-orientation, partnership and leadership skills; experience working with and influencing key stakeholders in driving strategic decisions and preparing succinct presentations.
  • Bachelor of Science/Bachelor of Arts degree or equivalent experience.

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Experience leading digital product delivery on mobile in the finance, lifestyle, luxury, event and/or hotel space a plus
  • Strong understanding and fluency in JIRA or JIRA Align agile systems
  • Excellent presentation and content creation skills related to presenting timelines and critical project details
