Process Transformation and Automation CoE (RPA) Lead

As a Vice President (VP), you will partner with senior management across CCB Finance to prioritize, lead, and execute strategic initiatives in the digital transformation space leveraging process and/or RPA technology tools such as UiPath, Instabase, MS Power Automate, etc. You will build the CoE and increase user adoption in partnership with the CoE Champion. Collaborate with teams to build hypotheses, conduct analyses, capture results, trends and develop executive-level presentations to share key findings, recommendations.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead the CoE and own the lifecycle of RPA solution - including day-to-day project management, delivery and coaching to Citizen Developers as recommendations are implemented
  • Collaborate with clients to scope problems, identify major issues and actionable opportunities, design solutions and quantify potential bottom-line financial impact
  • Re-imagine business models leveraging modern industry innovations
  • Advise and influence business executives to increase adoption of automation solutions; serve as a catalyst for change management
  • Identify potential roadblocks / obstacles and escalate issues as needed
  • Develop junior team members both formally and informally, including serving as a mentor

Required Qualifications, Skills, and Capabilities:

  • Ability to lead projects teams independently while delivering high quality results on time and budget
  • Strong client management skills with the ability to work across all levels of the business; interacting with front line associates to senior leadership
  • Presenting, communicating ideas, and influencing decisions to executives and senior managers within the firm
  • Expert at solving complex business problems and providing innovative solutions in a collaborative environment with creative problem solving skills to understand each component and the "big picture"
  • Experience working with technology development; innovations such as robotics/RPA and/or other emerging cognitive technologies
  • Process engineering and consulting background working across different domains/industries
  • Proven ability to frame projects and establish required governance to move projects forward. You will have to engage appropriate resources from within the team, from the line areas specifically sponsoring the project, and potentially external consultants or other support areas with the Firm.

Preferred Qualifications, Skills, and Capabilities:

  • The ideal candidate will have 10+ years' experience at a consulting/technology firm or in an internal consulting, process re-engineering or change management role
  • Desired expertise in robotics/automation, process mining, quality or strategy financial services
  • Demonstrated process improvement experience required with formal Lean/Six Sigma certification
  • Product development experience with exposure to Agile software development, scrum methodologies
  • Programming knowledge and working knowledge on Hyper automation - Process Discovery, Intelligent Document Processing (IDP), Low/Code platforms, AIML, GenAI and APIs
