As a Vice President, Merchant Experience Product Manager within Offers & Shopping, you will be responsible to build the product vision, construct a roadmap for the various capabilities for a high-growth business case for the card-linked-offers platform, and successfully implement all of these capabilities while balancing the security, controls and governance/regulatory requirements. Together with an amazing team of Data Scientists, Engineers and Marketing/Sales stakeholders you will help define and deliver capabilities and functionality for the Ad Server platform.

Job responsibilities
- Identify the needs of our stakeholders and develop an executable roadmap to deliver them in a complex and highly matrixed environment
- Define components and capabilities of Ad Servers for segment creation, identity graph, forecasting/event prediction, Catalog, Ad decisioning, Reporting, optimize ad serving, etc.
- Manage a wide set of stakeholders from business, product, sales, architecture, engineering, and controls to identify the best solutions
- Work alongside Architecture and Engineering to define and develop advanced Ad Server capabilities
- Work with Data Use Council, Model Governance, and Product cabinet to design and implement solutions that abide by JPMorganChase governance, regulatory and contractual obligations
- Partner directly with technology scrum teams to translate product requirements and user stories into technology sizing estimates and requirements
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- 5+ years of Product Management experience within a marketing, advertising or technology team
- Experience in product development, technology, or consulting position with exposure to rigorous and large-scale program implementations and product management
- Subject matter expertise in defining and using ad server technology
- Experience in identifying and addressing program execution needs in a fast-paced environment with a high degree of ownership and accountability, while working on multiple priorities across a complex organization with multiple stakeholders
- Ability to partner directly with data science teams and technology scrum teams to translate product requirements into user stories for estimation and delivery
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills. Ability to clearly articulate product vision, strategy and requirements to engineering, product and senior stakeholders and partners
- Ability to build durable relationships, influence without authority, sell concepts internally, and actively manage decision-making across organizations
- Experience with Agile methodology and best practices and ability to adapt Agile tools (e.g., Jira and Jira Align) to successfully manage all projects
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Experience in media
- Bachelors degree in relevant field of study
- Experience or high level knowledge of AWS Data Platforms and large data technologies
