Vice President, Change Management - Card Marketing

As a Vice President in the Card Marketing Activation & Transformation Program Office, you will play a pivotal role in stewarding and enhancing our change management program. You will ensure that organizational projects meet their objectives on time and on budget while minimizing resistance from team members. Your work will strengthen our centralized governance process and incorporate external changes impacting our teams, fostering a culture of change and innovation.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive change management plans for organizational transformations.
  • Create actionable deliverables for project teams, integrating change management activities into project plans.
  • Engage and manage key stakeholders, addressing their concerns and expectations.
  • Establish clear communication channels and tailored training programs to support new processes.
  • Proactively manage resistance, providing resources for smooth transitions.
  • Define and measure success metrics, monitoring change progress and communicating updates.
  • Consult and coach project teams, focusing on people-first change management.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

  • Acute business and marketing acumen with an understanding of organizational challenges.
  • Experience with change management principles, methodologies, and tools (Change Practitioner certification recommended).
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience managing large-scale organizational change.
  • Expertise in creating visually appealing presentations and communication materials.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and build strong relationships.
  • Flexible and adaptable in ambiguous situations.
  • Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and root-cause identification skills.
  • Excellent active listening skills and a people-first mentality.
