DESCRIPTION:
Duties: Create strategic design deliverables such as customer journeys, wireframes, prototypes and high-fidelity mockups for web and mobile applications. Design and advanced prototyping with variables or dynamic data. Adhere to the latest international accessibility standards and design practices. Creating high-fidelity visual design in customer facing user web and mobile interfaces. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, analysts, product designers, and other stakeholders to understand project goals and requirements. Create and maintain design guidelines documentation, including style guides, design specifications, and asset libraries. Teaching the latest techniques in design and prototyping. Improving the productively of the quad by creating high fidelity mock-ups, prototypes, and plug-ins. Collaborate with engineers with various methods, such as providing them wireframes in the developer mode or fully interactive prototypes with animations. Rapid iteration on designs based on user feedback, usability testing, and other stakeholder's input.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum education and experience required: Master's degree in Information Experience Design, Graphic Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, Multimedia Design, Digital Media Art or related field of study plus three (3) years of experience in the job offered or as User Experience Designer, Product Designer, Visual Designer, or related occupation. The employer will alternatively accept a Bachelor's degree in Information Experience Design, Graphic Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, Multimedia Design, Digital Media Art or related field of study plus five (5) years of experience in the job offered or as User Experience Designer, Product Designer, Visual Designer, or related occupation.
Skills Required: Requires experience in the following: experience in product design; experience in design and Figma advanced prototyping with variables; experience in accessibility standards and inclusive design practices; experience in web and mobile customer facing applications; design documentation, including style guides, design specifications, and asset libraries; and experience with motion graphics and animation.
Job Location: 450 W 33rd St, New York, NY, 10001. Telecommuting permitted up to 40% of the week.
Full-Time. Salary: $155,688 - $165,000 per year.
