Join our dynamic team at JPMorgan as an Associate in Business Management within the Treasury and Chief Investment Office Finance and Business Management organization. Drive key initiatives and partner across the organization to deliver new products and business solutions for the Front Office, execute key quarterly and annual initiatives, and ensure internal controls and compliance with external regulations.

As a Business Manager - Associate within Treasury and Chief Investment Office Finance and Business Management, you will be able to demonstrate strong client relationship manager skills, the ability to drive and execute key business goals and initiatives, maintain and enhance internal controls/external regulations, promote innovative technology solutions, and create business efficiencies.

Job responsibilities:

  • Partner with senior Business Manager to support Treasury Front Office business goals & objectives
  • Execute new Treasury NA and LatAm product initiatives
  • Drive key quarterly and annual initiatives across the Treasury and Chief Investment Office
  • Manage Front Office / Middle Office project prioritization and trading system change management
  • Enable business innovation thru the use of data and automation.
  • Promote, lead, and manage data quality and controls
  • Collaborate with other functional groups as it relates to internal audits, compliance testing and external regulatory requests
  • Lead Policy/Standard/Procedures/Framework changes and maintenance
  • Manage key stakeholder consensus, Committee management & approvals, Technology implementation and delivery
  • Work across TCIO stakeholder groups to champion excellence in established business programs

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

  • 3 years of experience in a business management and/or project management function
  • Self-starter with a project management mindset, able to manage and prioritize across multiple projects simultaneously able to multi-task across a variety of priorities
  • Strong interpersonal skills, ability interact effectively with senior stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; able to develop and clearly present conclusions
  • Strong verbal and written communications skills
  • Skilled in Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint/PitchPRO

Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills:

  • Knowledge of Databricks, Tableau, Alteryx or Python a plus
