As a Payments Client Service Transformation Associate within our global client service teams, you will manage projects across transformation and change initiatives. Your focus will be on delivering the service tools of the future, transforming user experiences, and ensuring the highest levels of client satisfaction.

Job Responsibilities:

- Support and execute top priorities and initiatives for the Global Client Service organization
- Manage projects as part of the Global Client Service strategy, including effectively gathering, understanding and representing business requirements, centered on quantifiable projected and realized benefits
- Aggregate and parse through data sets to enhance data visualization capabilities, better derive insights, determine actionable next steps and provide transparency to business

- Develop and facilitate metrics / materials for regular Business Reviews that provide meaningful business insights, analytics and updates to senior management
- Support the business in identifying business needs, helps with the design, and implements solutions that improve efficiencies and mitigate risks which deliver a positive customer experience, employee experience, and business efficiencies
- Collaborate with Service partners across regions to promote a governance framework that will develop business platform champions
- Own and promote monthly governance meetings to support oversight of ongoing onboarding to Client Service case management tool
- Produce high-quality presentations that distill complex ideas into simple, clear, actionable messages for leadership
- Coordinate working group meetings where required, setting the agenda, preparing meeting materials, documenting minutes and ensuring clear ownership of action items
- Present results and recommendations to senior service executives while considering business nuances and organizational vision
- Partner with senior management, Client Service, Operations, Product, Technology and Controls stakeholders to ensure initiatives are running as planned
- Support the business in identifying business needs, helps with the design, and implements solutions that improve efficiencies and mitigate risks which deliver a positive customer experience, employee experience, and business efficiencies
- Collaborate with Service partners across regions to promote a governance framework that will develop business platform champions

Required Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills

We're looking for individuals who are/have:

  • Strong project management experience as BAU, as an active participant of the project team or co-leading the project
  • Motivated with a 'can do' and 'get things done' attitude
  • Ability to work independently and as a team player, comfortable taking initiative and driving projects to successful outcomes
  • Ability to execute multiple projects simultaneously and independently, while maintaining a high degree of communication and escalation as required.
  • Proven project management skills including core project tooling
  • Ability to communicate effectively (written and verbal) and interact with senior level management
  • Ability to create executive-level presentations with clear and impactful messaging using Powerpoint and Tableau, coordinating the logistical needs of the forum, required
  • Thoughtful, informed and appropriately opinionated, taking responsibility for issue resolution
  • Amenable to follow mid shift schedule

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills

  • Ability to synthesize project findings and translate into recommendations
  • Self-motivated personality that works well in a team environment
  • Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines
  • Additional skills useful - Sharepoint, Confluence, Alteryx
  • Background doing data analytics and handling big data a preference
  • Experience handling global projects a plus
