As a Transactions Specialist III in the Auto Title Research - Title Outbound team, you will oversee the signing of important documents, such as title releases and related sworn documents. Your work is essential in providing exceptional service to our customers, dealers, and third-party vendors, handling a broad array of vehicle titling requests.

Job responsibilities:
• Examine legal documents to verify completeness
• Verify identities of document signers
• Determine the willingness of document signers to prevent fraud

• Legally affix notary seals on completed documents
• Conduct research, collect, and interpret data to guide business decision-making
• Prepare and maintain documentation, including managing mail
• Resolve mail exceptions and document customer account activities
• Manage high-level escalated problems with good judgment
• Make quick and effective decisions on behalf of the customer
• Prioritize work to ensure efficiency
• Communicate effectively with external and internal customers and assist the team in other Auto Fulfillment processes, including making outbound calls to customers and/or third parties

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
• HS Diploma or GED required
• Licensed Notary in Louisiana
• Team player with flexibility for shifting schedules
• Ability to meet quality and productivity standards
• Adherence to regulatory and compliance controls and policy requirements
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to multitask, including typing while reading and viewing multiple screens
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• High sense of urgency
• This is an onsite position

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
• Strong knowledge of banking industry business structures is a plus
• Previous experience in motor vehicle operations preferred
• Strong previous customer service experience strongly preferred
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Word and Excel

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8 a.m. - 5 p.m.

This position may require you to work non-traditional hours and/or additional hours as business needs arise. Work schedule might be subject to change.
