DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a talented Administrative Associate - Level III - General Management to join our team specializing in General Management for our Distribution Business Unit in Casablanca, Morocco.

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:

  • Financial Accuracy: By preparing and submitting payment documentation, you contribute to the accurate and timely processing of financial transactions.
  • Policy and Procedure Maintenance: Documenting and maintaining departmental policies and procedures ensures consistency and compliance within the organization.
  • Supportive Team Member: Participating in business improvement projects and acting as a resource for less experienced colleagues fosters a collaborative and supportive work environment.
  • Customer Service Excellence: Responding to inquiries promptly and accurately enhances the reputation of the organization and ensures satisfaction for both internal and external stakeholders.

RESPONSIBILITIES

To be successful in this role you will need the following:

  • Strong Organizational Skills: Efficiently managing IT hardware, maintaining inventory, and handling peripheral requests requires excellent organizational abilities to ensure everything is tracked and accounted for.
  • Technical Proficiency: Being comfortable with configuring laptops, facilitating remote access for troubleshooting, and understanding network connectivity issues is crucial for providing effective operational support.
  • Effective Communication: Coordinating with IT vendors, managing procurement, and handling employee relations necessitates clear and professional communication skills to ensure smooth interactions and timely resolutions.
  • Attention to Detail: Ensuring accuracy in data management, compliance with policies, and timely vendor payments requires a keen eye for detail to maintain the integrity and reliability of information and processes.

QUALIFICATIONS

Education/ Experience:

  • High school diploma or certificate of completion of secondary education or equivalent experience to the extent such experience meets applicable regulations.
  • Requires significant relevant work experience or specialized skills obtained through education, training or on-the-job experience.
