Job Responsibilities:

  • Carry out a detailed review of Collateral Documents for completeness in a timely manner.
  • Refer problems / Identify issues on assigned queues and escalate occurrences to the team leader or supervisor.
  • Ensure adherence to departmental policies and procedures.
  • Research miscellaneous items and identify appropriately based on research performed; escalate discrepancies, all within established guidelines, corporate policies, and standards.
  • Ensure adherence of operational procedures to complete tasks in an accurate and timely manner.
  • Evaluate and analyze data from multiple sources in a fast-paced environment.
  • Act as a Subject Matter Expert in the team.
  • Refer problems / Identify issues on assigned queues and escalate occurrences to the team leader or supervisor.
  • Adapt to changing needs & deadlines and remain calm when under pressure.
  • Handle multiple assignments without compromising on Quality and TAT.

Required Qualifications, Skills and Capabilities:

  • Bachelor's Degree with 3 years of work experience (preferably with Banking Industry/Back Office Operations)
  • Excellent MS office Skills
  • Must exhibit keen attention to detail and a sense of urgency
  • Ability to work in a deadline driven environment and tight Service Level Agreements
  • Flexible to work in any shifts
