As a Transaction Processing Analyst within our Banking Operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the completeness, accuracy, and timeliness of processing. You will have the opportunity to contribute to projects both locally and globally, and will be expected to take a proactive approach to problem-solving. This role provides an excellent opportunity to build strong business relationships within the site and across the business.

Job Responsibilities

  • Ensure deliverables are met and sign off on completed tasks.
  • Ensure SOPs are followed, controls are adhered to, and SLAs are met.
  • Oversee day-to-day operations of a team within Banking Operations.
  • Take responsibility for the completeness, accuracy, and timeliness of processing.
  • Review daily and monthly work processes to ensure task completion.
  • Streamline processes to enhance efficiency when needed.
  • Contribute to local or global projects as required.
  • Implement new processes to be on-boarded effectively.
  • Conduct cross-team training to enhance team capabilities.
  • Communicate instructions effectively and escalate issues timely.
  • Attend regular meetings with Group Managers for communication and feedback.

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills

  • You must have 3+ years of experience
  • Must hold at least bachelor's degree or above
  • Possess working knowledge of various aspects of international payment processing operations.
  • Demonstrate working or expert knowledge of SWIFT and international payment conventions and practices.
  • Exhibit strong interpersonal skills for effective communication internally, externally, and at all levels.
  • Display excellent written and oral communication skills in English.
  • Build strong business relationships within the site and across the business.
  • Take a proactive approach to problem-solving, taking ownership of issues and demonstrating determination to follow through.
  • Escalate issues as appropriate to ensure timely resolution.
  • Apply creative problem-solving techniques to address business issues.
  • Possess strong PC, project management, and analytical skills.
