Your role will be crucial in ensuring the accuracy, efficiency, and completeness of BAU transaction processing or regulatory reporting.
As an Operations Transaction Analyst, you'll be assigned as transaction processing and reporting maker or checker. You'll be responsible to ensure the accuracy, efficiency and completeness of BAU transaction processing or regulatory reporting.
Job responsibilities
- Provide Support and Control on RMB/FCY payment, deposit, account maintenance, liquidity, cash transactions, Trade products
- Coordinate with both clients and remote processing hubs for Cash & Trade products
- Administering defined procedures, analysis and report preparation, and exception processing
- Prepare regulatory report and / or verification
- Escalate unusual problems to manager
- Ensure day to day operations to be in compliance with internal policies and procedures as well as local regulations
- Support system testing and maintenance
- Handle enquiries from internal business partners and external clients
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve operations efficiency and control

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Have working experiences in Cash/Trade operations
- Good understanding of internal controls and compliance in local regulations on cash operations
- Detail oriented and methodical, good analytical skills
- Good inter-personal and communication skills
- Good time management skill, ability to work under pressure
- Demonstrable self-motivation and initiation
- Fluent written and oral communication skills in English and Mandarin
