DTVM is the local custody for foreign clients trading in the Brazilian Market. The Asset Servicing departments is responsible for tracking and notify any corporate action event including proxy events that has impacts our clients' portfolio. The department have a very close relationship with Global Custody receiving constant queries and via phone or e-mail for local events clarifications and client's instructions tracking.
As a Trading Services Analyst, you will have the following responsibilities
Job Responsibilities:
- Monitoring the Corporate Action Events for the Foreign Investors holdings;
- Contact the Central Depositary to confirm the Corporate Actions' details;
- Perform entitlement reconciliation against central depositary;
- Process the client's instructions in order to participate in the Voluntary Events and Proxy Voting Meetings;
- Control the financial settlement for Foreign Investors considering Tax;
- Tax Calculation / collection
- Regulators / IRS ad hoc request
- Process and reconciliation of regulatory reports.

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills:
- Advanced / Fluent in English;
- Knowledge of MS Office package;
- MS Excel Advanced
- Team player;
- Meticulous, Attentive to details and organized;
- Focused in controls and deadline;
Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills:
- Previous experience with custody activities
- Knowledge of VBA
