Job Responsibilities:
- Upload market data to various risk management systems.
- Reconcile data against market sources.
- Conduct numerous control reconciliations to accurately verify trading positions through front office to middle office reconciliations, and middle office to back office reconciliations.
- Investigate and resolve various queries from settlements and confirmations.
- Generate management statistics.
- Execute operations projects and fulfill ad hoc requests to support new initiatives and operations/technology enhancements, including new system implementations.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Strong logical/analytical mindset, with the ability to think outside the box and challenge the status quo
- Product Knowledge of Interest Rates Swap ad Derivatives is pre-requisite.
- Sound Knowledge of TLC is must
- Should be able to self learner and highly motivated
- Need to be Risk identifier and provide methods of mitigation with timely escalation
- Process flow understanding, including ability to understand current flows and linkage between systems and think how the process can be improved/streamlined
- Availability to work from 1.30pm to 10.30pm(extra hour during day light)
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills:
- Previous experience in Finance industry (operations roles) is preferred
- VBA/Alteryx/Tableau/Fintech is a plus
