As a Trade Lifecycle Manager II within Prime Financial Services you are responsible in overseeing a team offering a comprehensive range of cross-asset class financing services. This includes portfolios of Cash Securities, Fixed Income, Synthetics, Securities Lending, and Bespoke Financing solutions across the Prime Brokerage business. Prime Operations handles the complete onboarding process, monitors the Trade Life Cycle, manages Trade Reporting, and strives to deliver top-tier client service to both our internal and external clients. We provide execution and clearing for Futures & Options (F&O), Cleared OTC, and FX Prime Brokerage. Our network connects to 63 exchanges and offers clearing at 41 global clearing houses.

Job responsibilities:

  • Perform reconciliation of risk systems against internal books to ensure accuracy in trade, position, and profit & loss records.
  • Conduct reconciliations for cash movements, including margin movements, fees, and commissions at both entity and currency (CCY) levels.
  • Liaise with trading desks, middle offices, risk, and technology teams to address and resolve daily discrepancies.
  • Review and verify the accuracy of daily reconciliations performed by the team to maintain high standards of data integrity.
  • Oversee daily funding activities and ensure compliance with payment protocols and OFAC regulations.
  • Ensure the team completes all mandatory training sessions and adheres to established controls and compliance standards.
  • Investigate and resolve all issues in a timely manner, adhering to business standards and protocols.

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills:

  • Must have a Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance or Operations.
  • Experience managing a team of 5+ members for a minimum of 2 years.
  • Strong quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving skills and attention to detail with the ability to align details with the broader strategic picture.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to succinctly communicate complex issues to diverse audiences, including Executive Director level.
  • Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritization skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and adapt to frequently changing priorities.
  • Proficiency in financial reconciliation processes and tools and sound knowledge of intelligent automation toolkits like Alteryx, Tableau, UiPath, and Xceptor.
  • Knowledge of regulatory compliance, particularly in relation to payments and OFAC.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team; Team-oriented, with a positive attitude and intellectual curiosity.
  • Sound judgment, professional maturity, and personal integrity and ability to handle highly sensitive and confidential information with integrity.
  • Capability to present to an Executive Director level audience effectively.
  • Highly motivated, able to thrive under pressure and tight deadlines and comfortable with frequently changing priorities and maintaining composure in large group settings.

Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills:

  • At least seven (7) years of experience, with deep technical knowledge in futures and options preferred.
