As a Trade Lifecycle Manager within the Securities Services Operations team, you will be responsible for developing and managing innovative, secure service solutions to meet our clients' needs globally. Job Responsibilities:
- Manage the workflow through the life cycle of Custody Trades
- Process and validate trades, in accordance with the established work practices and procedures in CIC Trades
- Process FX Trades, knowledge of SWIFT MT54X message along with global market nuances is a must.
- Monitor and manage trade capture, fails management and settlement activities
- Address settlement discrepancies/issues and leverage escalation channels promptly and respond to queries relating to trade status and market practice
- Maximize team capacity through effective resource planning and ensure team structure is robust through effective training and succession planning
- Provide effective communications to the department, ensuring staff are aware of strategic and regulatory changes in the organization and review of content and presentation of Standard Operating Procedures, in line with new policies and ongoing risk management activities

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills:
- Minimum 4years in Financial Services industry with custody & fund services, markets background
- Possess understanding of Treasury v/s Agent (Off Book currency) FX's
- Strong Risk and Control Awareness: Ability to effectively prioritize workloads and work to critical deadlines
- Excellent customer service skills and able to handle difficult situations internally and externally
- Operational subject matter expertise in Reconciliation, Settlements, Fails Management, Trade Support, Risk and Control, and Custody
- Strong ability to learn ongoing stream of new markets, products, and processes
- Confident communicator in all mediums with both internal and external clients . Strategic thinker, ability to review and implement process improvements
Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent, preferred
- Experience in driving projects and initiatives
- Familiarity with swift messages specifically MT54 series
- Good knowledge in MS Office Suite applications - MS Word, Excel and Power Point
- Capable of working under pressure and to cope with changing volumes, whilst maintaining accuracy and quality.
- Flexibility working on APAC and late APAC shift (as early as 6am to 1pm start of shift)
