As a Trade Lifecycle Analyst within the Securities Operations - Chart of Accounts Team, you'll be responsible for establishing and overseeing controls for all accounts on the securities stock record. The team works closely with the onboarding teams from various lines of business, regulatory control, and financial control to ensure accounts are opened and reconciled appropriately.

- Oversee the New Account Opening Process ensuring that all requests adhere to documented controls
- Supervise the day to day reporting functions performed by global service teams
- Partner with Operations team lead to ensure attestation of account reconciliations
- Interface directly with Financial Control and Regulatory teams to ensure balance sheet accounts are mapped correctly in the general ledger
- Identify and develop process improvements and new controls to promote efficiency and improve accuracy
- Lead and contribute to strategic projects impacting the Chart of Accounts and the regulatory landscape
- Review Chart of Account for dormant accounts eligible to be purged
- Reconcile daily posting of commissions between Client and Line of Business
- Interface directly with Senior Management through escalation reporting and root cause follow up
- Work closely with front office, operations, legal, compliance and technology on new business initiatives
- Learn and use process automation tools to develop automated solutions for repeatable manual tasks
Required qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
- Knowledge of financial markets, trade lifecycle and settlement practices
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and adept at communicating with all levels of the business and technical parts of the organization
- Operate effectively in a dynamic environment with tight deadlines and can exhibit time management skills
- Exposure to business intelligence tools (I.E. Tableau, Alteryx, UiPath, OwlDQ); comfortable working with data
- Proficiency in MS Suite (IE Excel, Powerpoint, Word)
- Bachelor's Degree required

- Prior Securities Operations, Markets Operational experience
- Self-starter, ability to learn quickly, Strong leadership skills with focus to mitigate risks and taking proactive approach to ensure "Best in Class" results
