Trade Lifecycle analyst - GMP

As an Investigations analyst in Global Mass Pay Operations, you will be responsible for managing a queue of cases on daily basis. Our team is part of the Back Office operations and we connect mainly with Clients, other banks, and Middle Office teams. You will be required to investigate failed transactions and connect with other Banks and Clients to resolve different type of issues. You will be also reconciling accounts and analyzing any credit or debit movements that could lead to actions from your end

Responsibilities:

  • Investigate failed low value rail FX outgoing transactions to other countries
  • Build and sustain strong relationships with Internal lines of business, shareholders and other departments
  • Ensure each issue is investigated, actioned and resolved in a timely manner and as per Business Standards
  • Identify and ensure the accurate and timely escalation of all inquiries when needed
  • Being part of metrics reporting, taking ownership of those assigned to you
  • Facilitate training for new application users
  • Work with the business, technology, and operations to determine priorities, schedule of releases, and detail of the requirements for future enhancements/products
  • Address every single client's request searching for correct answers, identifying complaints, and acting properly in case of remediations needed

Qualifications:

  • Strong logical and analytical mindset
  • Previous experience in banking/customer service is preferred
  • Highly disciplined, a self-starter, and the ability to execute on assignments independently
  • A team player who demonstrates work ethic and consistently demonstrates a high-level of professionalism
  • Excellent written and oral English skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • BA or BS degree (Business, Foreign trade preferred)
