Job Summary

As a Trade Lifecycle Analyst in our EOC & Crest Settlements team, you will enhance client experience and improve custody settlements for clients. You will leverage your deep understanding of the custody business and strong analytical skills to make informed decisions. Your role involves driving solutions across organizational boundaries to deliver exceptional results.

Job Responsibilities

  • Manage daily BAU and operational risk of custody trades.
  • Handle EOC Tax & LEI Rejects and breaks reconciliation.
  • Conduct post-settlement activity for EOC market.
  • Manage exceptions and ensure closure.
  • Conduct research/investigations on systems.
  • Understand product solutions for customer problems.
  • Create strong team resiliency and backups.
  • Ensure queries are resolved within SLAs.
  • Escalate issues and perform EOD processes.
  • Maintain high standards for quality assurance.
  • Ensure team is 'Always Audit Ready'.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Minimum 4 years in Financial Services industry.
  • Demonstrate expertise in Equities, Fixed Income, FX.
  • Work closely with business partners.
  • Be flexible and meet tight deadlines.
  • Exhibit strategic thinking and practical execution.
  • Anticipate issues and drive initiatives.
  • Communicate strategic messages clearly.

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Hold a Bachelor's degree.
  • Experience with tools like Alteryx, Xceptor.
  • Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
